What's in store for this issue of EFI? We got some really great stuff in this issue: a very cool interview with Toby Stapleton from the Metallica Club, who is a very good friend of Virginia Fuel; There's also tour reports from Donnington and Dublin from this past Europe summer tour as well as a tour report from 2 shows of the Metallica tribute band, Battery, in Roanoke. We also got some info about Virginia Fuel on MySpace, the latest edition of Roger's Random Rants and the Master of Puppets 20th Anniversary Jam recap.
We also asked several Virginia Fuelers if Rick Rubin will be the Hero of the Day? And of course, we have Chapter Member Bios, Ultimate Met Sets and Covers Up Your Ass! (Note: You can now listen to a 30 second clip of each song!) Metallica in 2007 To recap: Rick Rubin is producing the new album, which will be out in 2007. We've heard 2 new songs that sound pretty good...although the lyrics need some work, and I'm sure we'll see a tour sometime next year (Summer Sanitarium 3? Ozzfest?). 'Nuff said! Can 2007 come any sooner?!?! Virginia Fuel in 2007 In case you didn't know, 2007 will be the 10th year of Virginia Fuel. YES! 10 YEARS! We've got some special things planned. I could give you a hint about what we have planned. There will be...on second thought, you'll just have to wait. :)
